Hi all,

The Wiki Loves Monuments international team is working on our grant request for the 2018 international efforts. Given the challenges, we have set a few focus areas, with special attention to our infrastructure. We hope to make it easier for national organizers to attend the competition.

This also means making some choices, and those are reflected in our draft. The draft is still somewhat rough, but I wanted to publish this already, to give you an opportunity to provide input. To streamline the conversation, I kindly request that you do this through the talkpage as much as possible, or email the international team list if you want to bring up something sensitive. If you don't like something, please try to suggest how it can be improved.

Given time constraints, I also would request that you provide input earlier rather than later. We will need to agree on a final version in the team, and there are several of us that are having multiple colliding deadlines and other time sinks :)

The deadline for this proposal is 31 January (timezone unclear, so assuming UTC) - please provide your input at the latest on 30 January UTC.

Thank you! Looking forward to your thoughts.

Warmly,
