We had a team brainstorming tonight and we reached the conclusion that:
1. In RO contest we'll very likely only accept uploads to Wikimedia
Commons, so the customized upload form is an important element for us,
including perhaps an API to integrate it in our website
2. We would very much prefer to have the default license to
CC-BY-SA-3.0 RO (Romanian version).
This probably means that we would need a way to customize the upload
form by ourselves. Do you think this would be feasible or we'll all
share the same upload form?
Also, do we have any ETA on that form?
