Hi Vincenç,<div><br></div><div>of course this is highly dependent on local customs and rules - but my personal opinion the main organizers, jury members and board members of the organizing chapter cannot win a prize (i.e. you can&#39;t win in your country, but if you submit a photo to the German competition you could theoretically win). You may even choose to make this more strict in your local situation if you consider that better (for example, family members etc)</div>

More questions about the jury, not sure if this has arised before. I guess the jury members are not elegible for the prizes they are deciding, neither the local organizing committee. How about the board of the organizing chapter?<br>
