I would strongly recommend coming up with an agenda for this meetup, before the meetup, so that (1) everyone leave the meeting knowing what next steps are, and (2) those not able to attend Wikimania will have a clear idea of what happened during the meet up.

Is an agenda already in process? I would be happy to help facilitate the agenda process if not.

WLM should start in September and the time seems to me really short.
 

There are several technical problems but the best is to check how many problems there are and if they can be solved.
