Wow, wow, wow...hold on guys :) You're not seriously considering
forcing the winner to present his picture at Wikimania, are you? This
is supposed to be a prize, not a task.
If we market this as a "three day vacation to DC with the possibility
to take part in Wikimania" it would be OK I guess, but we should not
force the winner to go to the conference for whatever reason.
