Very similar to our model, it's volunteer based. As long as there is a
Flickr user who steps up to organize a photowalk, the photowalk will
happen.

If you know Flickr photographers in the cities you're interested in
that are up for organizing a photowalk, do direct them to that page.
If there are non-Flickr users from Wikimedia community who want to
organize photowalks and engage Flickr photographers, please let me
know and I will run this idea by our point of contacts in Flickr. My
guess is that they welcome this, but it would be good to check with
them first. (I personally support the intermingling between Wikimedia
and Flickr photographers if it works for the local communities.:)
