Hi Andrei,<div><br></div><div>Last year we also used Flickr. We interpreted it at the time as the moment that the picture was added to the Flickr group - we opened the flickr group on Sept 1 and closed it again on Sept 30. That way we could do the bot part on our ease. </div>

Someone asked us if photos already on flickr are eligible for<br>
participating in the contest (providing they are correctly marked and<br>
licensed during the contest). I wanted to know your take on that. I<br>
believe that we should allow these pictures as, they will be uploaded<br>
to Commons during September by a bot, but Nicu believes we should ask<br>
for the pictures to be uploaded during the contest.<br>
<br>
Also, do we have a robot for image transfers or is each country<br>
responsible for that?<br>
