A good example is the Tunesian lists: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_des_monuments_class%C3%A9s_de_Tunisie (I am assuming French is easier for you than English). I do not know if they already translated this into arab too. 

If this is the primary list, I think they are good to go. Not sure about the half a dozen of sections from below. Do they have any offline lists to fill in that sections???
