Thank you, this is easy for understanding except of  "катэгорыя", is it a type of monument?

And once more question - is there any possibility of automatic transformation of list from a wiki-list (as this one) into a template form? Possibly I will simply translate a Belorussian template into uk-wiki, this way looks most easy.

I think you will be more confident of this: http://goo.gl/H37O0 (it's
a list of monuments in Slutsk, Belarus). The list consists of a number
of templates with Unique ID, Monument Name, Address, Geolocation, etc.
