<div><br></div><div>Last year an often heard question was whether we would offer certificates for the winners. Although I wouldn&#39;t want one myself necessarily, it would be nice if we at least can make sure to use a similar design. </div>


<div><br></div><div>Is there anyone who is willing to design something? Some criteria that come to mind:</div><div><br></div><div>* There should be plenty of space</div><div>* The theme color should be red (because of the logo). The WLM logo should be prominently visible. Also 2012 should get a prominent place in the design, as well as the name of the country. </div>


<div>* There should be place for two signatures, but there should always be one (for a jury chair). The second signature could potentially be used for a director, president of the chapter or the main organizer. </div><div>


* The certificate should state:</div><div>** Name of the recipient</div><div>** File name of the photo</div><div>** Description of the photo</div><div>** Date &amp; Place of signing / ceremony</div><div>* It should be possible to make the certificate up to four-lingual, but it should also work nicely in English. </div>
