Will accounts created with the WLM app be confirmed right away or will there be a note somewhere saying that they must confirm their account before beeing able to upload images? A friend who tested was unable to upload until after four days and the explanation was "Permission denied". Does it make a difference when uploads will be made to Commons instead of Test?

Is it possible to change that to something saying "Confirm your account by ..." or something like that?
