Hi,

In Ukrainian WLM we use only lists from authorities. I think that WMUA as an organisation is not empowered to decide what is a monument and what is not, neither on our own nor on advice.

The lists are buggy and incomplete, indeed (not an uncommon issue, as I see).
But there is a side effect: during the contest Ukrainian media use the gap between what deserves to be protected and what actually is protected to draw attention to the monuments preservation problems in the country.

Best,

I think here we have many monuments in
many government list. How you do with these kind of monuments?

Based on the above two statements, I'm hearing from you that 1) the official list of monuments from the government has a lot of missing monuments, 2) there are other monument lists gathered by the government. If the latter is correct, can you provide links to these other monuments lists by the government? This information can help us help you better.

Leila

thanks!
