The Swedish ones would need to have an additional test to make sure they contain the {{BBR}} template. This because we also have unique identifiers referring to another database which isn't included in the Commons monuments database.

What I would do for Romania is put a minimum check: import the county
limits from OSM and whatever and make sure the LMI code is for the
correct county. This was on my TODO list for an uber-program that
would use the uploaded photos to enhance the monument lists.

I'm not sure such a check exists for all countries, though.
