As I will be moving through the lists, I can also compare the different language versions. However, I am not sure what should I do if I see the differences. Correct the German / French / Italian versions? Are there users following the lists on these Wikipedias?

Ok no problem, please consider that I am working in the Italian one with a "clone" of the English one (the it.wikipedia had no list) I added only a default image in case of missed picture and I would do the same in the French one (at the moment the bot harvests only 29 items from the French list). The German list needs only an adaptation (to add some columns) because it's very similar.
The idea is to don't take care from whom the bot will harvest, but that the database will have only "one" repository in order to limit the work in case of integration.
I am working on four wikipedias as I can translate in those four languages (Italian, German, French and English) and if the solution works I can also add the list in the Rumantsch wikipedia as I can manage a little bit also Rumantsch.
At the moment I took 2 weeks to fix all errors in the Italian list *only for one canton* (so consider how many missed informations were in the English one), so I would rollout these changes quickly in the other Wikipedias.
The most complete list is the English one but *we cannot present Swiss Wiki Loves Monuments* in English!
