OK, thank you. Indeed it is quiet easy to correct ID if the monument is well-known (as in my first example), but much more difficult when it is not. Moreover, sometimes users make photo of objects that does not seem to be officially recognized as heritage monument at all (e.g. this one). How should we deal in this case?

I found that writing a comment in the id field label of the upload wizard drastically reduced the number of incorrect id's last year. See e.g. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Mwe-upwiz-campaigns-wlm-se-bbr-id/en
So assuming your id's always take a similar format you could just say something like "should be numbers and look like XX-XXX-XXXX"

Recently I noticed that some participants do not place ID of a
"Ship_sunk_sev [2]", but it is not correct. Correct number of this
monument (if I dont mistake it is this one [3]) must be 85-002-0003
(according to our list [4]). Imho this participant was too lazy to
find a correct ID and wrote something by hart :)) though most of our
participants are accurate with ID
What is recommended to do in this case?
