Subject: [Wiki Loves Monuments] Introducing Els Arends from WMNL

Hi everyone!

It is my privilege to introduce to you Els Arends. Els has been hired by Wikimedia Nederland to coordinate the Dutch version of Wiki Loves Monuments.

Some of you may know that Els was involved in WLM NL 2011 before and she already has quite some experience with our competition.
