This requires to add monuments to Wikidata:

1) Required: Wikidata item with geo coordiantes (P625) and heritage designation (P1435)

2) many other properties are optional but useful to have

I updated this today manually: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q19756361 and it showed on map instantly.

We have defined several types of Latvian heritage designations to be used for P1435, these might not be final.
