The international Wiki Loves Earth team is happy to share that the 9th edition of the contest has started and already brought great results during its first week!

Check out some numbers:

— During May-June+ (with different local dates, take note that their timelines can be also close to these months as we are flexible about local dates this year; some of the countries have their contests in July) the biggest international photo contest devoted to nature heritage will take place all around the world.

— 30 countries and regions have joined WLE 2021 and the list is extending!

— More than 4600 photos of protected areas in 11 countries are already submitted during WLE 2021.
