Hi, guys!

Wikimedia Serbia is organizing a local WLE competition and we were wondering what should we "officially" do, do we have to register somewhere, how to get the necessary templates etc.

Sorry for the late questions, we had a lot of thinking whether to start the project. We are now ready for it :)
