Based on previous contests and banner choices, we understood that one including the country's flag draws more attention to visitors (for example in SPC participation increased by 400% when we did such change). 

So instead of the generic one we would like to use this banner (in fact we did the same last year). https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Earth_2016/CentralNotice#Greek_design

More important is that the date is in advance (Today!) so people will be aware and have a chance to get pictures from the places they visit on May Day (which is in Monday, so many people will make small three days trips and take more photos to upload later).

Four our Wiki Loves Monuments contests Central Notice banners were a very important way to advertise out contest.

When looking for WLE banners coordination page, I found only one for last years edition. Well there be a centralized approach to this or should I work on this myself?
