I created https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Earth_2015/CentralNotice

1. Go to this page if you need a CentralNotice banner to be arranged.

2. Check if the text is right or add it if missing. (Think also about what you want as English text: the basic text or one of your own?)

3. Add in the section Landing pages the url of the landing page, which can be on wiki or your website. This is the page where all participants must go to first to learn about the contest/rules/etc.

4. Remove the yellow of the table when both the text(s) and the url are ready to be implemented.

If you want your CentralNotice to be ready in time: have it ready as soon as possible!
