It seams to me this would something Wikidata should be able to provide already, rather than us creating more data bases, even regions without an organisational body should be able to participate if thats the case.

Is WLE taking place in 2016, what preparation needs to be done for Australia to participate this year

I've looked over 2015 pages on commons I'll be able to create whats there for Australia are there any other data creation requirements like WLM has
