Dear Mikael and Thomas

I did not see any participation in the thread. However it is good to see that the tweet from Wikimedia retweeted by WikiJMed https://twitter.com/Wikimedia/status/1044307140293341187 having 123 likes as of now. I found that the retweet preceded the facebook post I made. Perhaps you would consider conveying such information to public forums of the WikiJournals (public mailing lists as well as WikiJournal talk pages) as well.

Perhaps you would consider promoting the facebook post. You have funds available. I had shared the post to the Wikimedia groups I know of. Perhaps it would make sense reaching out (with the interview) to academia in a strategic manner.

Diptanshu

Hi

I have taken the liberty to post on the facebook page of WikiJMed about the recent interview post at https://www.facebook.com/WikiJMed/posts/1949742395107574

Requesting Gwinyai to tweet the same and other members to like and share.

Also feel free to update the article WikiJournal - A new form of open access publishing. The abstract for the same has been published. But the original article has not been published anywhere yet and can easily be updated and published elsewhere. I would urge the board members to discuss potential avenues of making use of the article for promotion of WikiJournals.

N.B. > No discussion about my removal from the position of admin of the facebook has taken place as a part of any discussion. The current bylaws of the journal does not mention the eligibility criteria of being an admin of social media profiles. Mikael may feel free to update the bylaws in case he feels justified.
