No - Wiktionary is not an encyclopedia so encyclopedic
information about the term (NOT word!) Eskimo would
not be appropriate there. For example the history of
the term's use and the controversy surrounding its use
and how Inuits feel about its use /would not/ be
appropriate for Wiktionary.
