The "User is blocked" page that gets returned when I try to edit, states that reading of pages is allowed. yet each time I read, or even when I just access the blocked list, the time at which my block expires as shown by the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Ipblocklist page pushes out the 24 hour expiration, so it is not OK to read, even the blocklist page the the documentation refers one to. -- Silverback
