Orto doesn't believe it is an "extra" action, Orto believes it is
"documentation" and thus an essential part of what you are doing.

Certainly recommended, not compulsory, but take "Votes for Deletion",
for example. Isn't the value of another person's contribution there
either worth less or more trouble if it lacks a summary comment?
Doesn't the same go for any article that one is interested in?
