The appeal was in the 5th Circuit, but they concurred with opinion from the 8th Circuit (Badasa v. Mukasey, 540 F.3d 909, 910-11 (8th Cir. 2008)) that quotes Wikipedia's own "Overview" in assessing Wikipedia as an unreliable source (no surprise there).
