Well, there we go with the "stay within the lines or
get deleted" view of templates. I dont agree with
either extreme, but it seemed like a good idea to
publicise the problem with Template:Libertarianism, as
it's used in various bio stubs, etc. I commented on
this long ago, but with WP growth has come thinning of
WP consensus responsiveness, except in clear cases.
Of course I could just BE BOLD and remove it, but that
would be too unilateralist.

Generally, series boxes are limited to articles
within that series (as
defined by inclusion in the box). That may be a
good direction here.
[[WP:CLS]] notes that a good way for a template to
be sent to [[WP:TFD]] is
to be seen to be attempting to push a POV on
articles.
