I'd personally disagree, and have so voted. I feel this is a case
where 'Wiki is not paper' applies: it would never be a paper
encyclopedia article because it could never be up to date.
At worst, it should be transwikied to a more suitable project, but the
fact is, the interest in maintaining it is here, not elsewhere.
