You'd
be extra good at it, because you know exactly the sorts of verbiage that pisses
people off; so you could coach users NOT to make the same mistakes YOU made.
(Note: that's my secret - I profit from my mistakes, and use my never-ending
history of failure as a source of what-not-to's.)
