That would be for *most* IP editors, correct?
Because I've run across a few IP editors that seemed to care, even if they don't edit on a consistent basis.

Seems a bit unexpected behaviour to me. I suspect even the single article they edited is too much like work (unless as I said, you have immaculate code ready to go). If they care that much they can make a login.
