I DID NOT block him because the article he was writing is POV, and I DID NOT say in the block summary that that was the case.

Try sending an email, before taking an extreme step? (Blocking for a story
simply about title changes and redirects _is_ an extreme step; you allege
POV editing also. This may be annoying, but blocking?)
