Ack. CSCWEM blocked this IP for vandalism as stated above. Checking the contributions, I see a mixture of good and bad edits, and checking the talk page, I confirm the suspicion that this is a proxy. In fact, it's a massive proxy serving a lot of the TNG customers in the Brisbane area.
I've advised the user that 99 hour blocks on major proxies are not options when dealing with vandalism and asked him to remove it as soon as possible.
