In that case, shouldn't it be noted separately on the financial
reports? It's rather misleading having something that was paid for by
someone else grouped in with something that was paid for from general
foundation funds.
It can be separated on the budget, but apparently, in the end, it is
still "travel"... I know it is misleading, I am not so happy with that
either.
If you're not happy with it, why did you vote to approve it? You
shouldn't ever vote to approve financial statements that you know to
be misleading.
