Because Wikipedia has no space requirements. We have plenty of room to
include all webcomics. To choose to include some, but not others, would
allow us to make a statement about what is worthwhile and what isn't. It
would violate NPOV. Further, the only people who are going to come across
the article are those who are specifically looking for it. Keeping the
article in the encyclopedia provides useful information to those people, and
doesn't hurt anyone else. If any webcomics are notable, then all webcomics
are notable.
By your logic: If any people are notable, then all people are notable.
Excuse me while I write articles on Anthony DiPierro, Justin Cormack,
and the rest.
If you can find third party, verifiable information on them, I look
forward to reading your articles.
