I don't see that as particularly uncivil, actually. Wikistalking, leaving
messages on user talk pages, personal attacks on article talk pages,
excessive reverting - these things fall much better into that category.
Stating that you hate jews on your user page is more in the nature of
generally unpleasant and inflammatory, whereas incivility has more to do
with being unpleasant on an individual basis.
