Yeah, this is an important point. The process by which articles are
nominated to featured status has its own problems with subjectivity.
Whether an article is featured is not a sure-fire way to judge whether
it is good or not, and so the number of featured articles being created
is not directly corrolated with the rate at which the encyclopedia is
improving.
