But they have been always considered covered by the
BADSITES/MONGO
psuedo-policy, which is why the sourcing discussion is and is not a
red herring. It is a red herring in that nobody has ever talked aobut
this in terms of article space; it is not a red herring because
charges about the content of sites need citation.
