Heck Jimbo, I agree. Whatever your developer needs, make sure they
get it.
I just don't want to have 30 people bickering about whether
documentation should be in UTF-8 or 16, and how to split the meager
budget.
By the way, if the devs want help with documentation of the code, I
can do some.
