Your claim about Quebec is wrong. Criminal libel in Canada is a federal
matter.

That would, of course, be Wikipedia's claim... or was until you fixed the
paragraph. There are a couple of comments still in the [[slander and
libel]] article about Quebec being different from the rest of Canada in this
regard; could someone a little more knowledgable than me please take a look?
