The assumption here
is that a failure to be compliant with current
tagging fads implies "blatant fair-abuse". It's very easy to go around
tagging things as wrong based on some mechanical rationale, and much
more difficult to apply human thought to fix these problems. If the bot
were responsible enough to fix half as many as it identifies it would
not leave the good editors feeling that they are fighting off a swarm of
mosquitoes.
