Maybe I'm all alone here, but I see "admin consensus" and "customary
practice" as two entirely different things, even if they happen to agree
on an issue. Something doesn't have to be customary practice in order
for admins to come to a consensus on it, nor does admin consensus have
to be in agreement with customary practice.
