majority vote system (with a small quota, say three voters) for
overturning a result.
I can not remember where, but somewhere at enwiki it says that "concensus"
is in some cases defined as a supermajority number, different in different
cases: 70% at VfD, more at RfA etc. Is that not correct? Too bad I can not
say the name of the page, I know it's there... or at least was, less than
two months ago.

As far as I'm aware there has never been quite this blatant an attempt
to overturn a consensus-based AfD result on DRV, nor
to prevent a
legitimate AfD discussion.
