Speaking as one of those being documented in both places, I think you
are wrong. Wikitruth allows Jonathan Barber and Greg Kohs to portray
anything they like as an "abuse". WikiAbuse makes at least some
pretence at editorial judgment.

The difference is that WR is a discussion board where grudges are
simply recorded and not edited.
