This is patent nonsense, in my humble opinion. The rules of assuming
good faith, being open to everyone, and avoiding false attachment are
fundamental to the project and shouldn't change.
I totally agree with being responsible, but worrying about legal
liability is not a good way to make policy decisions. Do what's right,
not because we're afraid of the dangers of doing wrong.
Wake up and smell the coffee: the world was okay before Wikipedia and
will be okay after it. Wikipedia makes it a better place, but then, so
does coffee.
