For instance, the username policy forbids using the 'names of religious
figures', but in many parts of the world it's common for people to be
named after such figures: off the top of my head, I know several
Spaniards called Jesús.
So if someone creates a username "Jesus Gutierrez" and plonks a {{user
es-N}} box on their user-page, we'll cut them as much slack as they need.
Turn up with a name like "Jesus on Wheels" and a less warm reception is

Absolutely. I was quite willing to unblock him, but I'm checking his
contribs on a regular basis. Anytime anyone sees "Jesus on Wheels" on their
watchlists or on RC, they'd be scrutinising those edits with a fine-tooth
comb.
