I am particularly eager to ensure there is enough time to seriously discuss community issues in the Wikipedians-only forum. That's what I called the "workshop" part in earlier communications. Note that this is quite apart from a more social gathering, which can take place in a more relaxed (or noisy) atmosphere, and which I would hope would not be exclusive of anyone.

we are looking for the best place and time to have this workshop and discussion, in Saturday or Sunday.

I remind you that we'll be having the meeting/panel_presentations/open_discussions (including third parties) event, Saturday 10:30-14:00 in a National Hellenic Research Foundation room.

Please tell us how do you think of the ideal place and what will you (we) need: wifi? projector? nothing?
