Thanks, The wikidata classes and properties tool is close.
Needs some work on how it calculates 'related properties' and perhaps some
layout, but its intent is similar. Looks like the answer to the question
is that there isn't anything exactly like what I asked for yet, but it that
it could be assembled in a days work based on the examples in the tools dir.
Now to find some one with an extra day on their hands..
