The category is not especially new, one can fill it every week on https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Status_updates/Next

But it doesn't appear every week because I remove it when no one adds Schema examples.

Basically, the idea is to add some interesting Schemas - not all the newly created ones, that would be too much, but any Schemas you find on Wikidata that you find especially well-described or interesting for the community to know about.
