Hoi,
You know, typically you are right. In the last few days I added members of the chamber of deputies of Haiti. I used names from the English Wikipedia but I am not sure that the names are correct. In one instance I found that the first name was at the back for others I am not sure that we have it right.

The problem with rules are the exceptions and for automated approaches you have to seriously consider these.

There is in many cases, however there are some problems associated with it. You
may not know what is the original language to transcribe from, you might need a
translation rather than transcription, if there are multiple labels you have no
way to choose between them.
